1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Success Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Success Tracker is an exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, AI-powered explanations, skill score tracking, and study recommendations for competitive exams (GATE, JEE, NEET, UPSC, and others).

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free & Paid Plans

• The Free plan provides limited access as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed annually via Razorpay. Prices are listed in INR.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact support for requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or screenshot platform content (questions, solutions, AI explanations) outside the platform.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription limits.
• Harass other users or post inappropriate content in discussions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including questions, solutions, AI-generated explanations, UI design, and branding — is owned by The ML Hub or used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some explanations and practice questions are generated by AI (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI content may occasionally contain errors. We review and verify content regularly but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Success Tracker is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding exam results, score improvements, or selection outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
