Payment data: Processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide and improve the platform (skill tracking, AI explanations, recommendations).
Send essential account notifications (password resets, subscription updates).
Analyze aggregate usage to improve content quality and platform performance.
Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers: Google Cloud (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Google Gemini (AI features).
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing themlhub.ai@gmail.com.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS), secure OAuth flows, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
